e-manage ONE SUPPORT
e-manage has a built in error / bug reporting tool that keeps you from crashing the software. When an error occurs in the code, a spinning dotted circle appears in the Main menu bar of the main window. When users click on the spinning circle, the details necessary for our developers to fix the problem are gathered and a screen shot is taken, which can then be submitted from the error submission window. Users must supply their phone number and e-mail address so our developers can contact, if necessary to discover more details about how the error occurred. These bug reports are monitored during regular business hours (6 a.m. through 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday Pacific time) and may result in a live update being issued to correct the error within the same day.
