Unlimited technical support via telephone and e-mail where a knowledgeable English speaking representative will assist you from within the U.S. Training is not included as part of support.

A defined user is any user that has been defined in the e-manage ONE administrator application that has not been disabled and can access e-manage|ONE via one of the concurrent licenses.
