Current Opportunities – Estimated Sale is blank

When viewing the current opportunities Today Grid, you may see blank (not zero) estimated sale values.

If the estimated sale value is blank and you are sure you have at least one most likely quote, go to the Customer Orders window and delete any un-booked orders.

Because the current opportunities grid allows for multiple quotes to be “Most Likely” and takes the sum of the quotes marked as most likely, it excludes any quotes that have already been used on an order to avoid double accounting for quotes that have already been used on an order. You may have a project that your customer decides to do an add-on after an order has already been created. This new add-on quote (or sum of multiple quotes) will show as your estimated sale, and the already assigned quote will be ignored, as it has already been through the current opportunities stage before it was attached to an order.
